2011 Global Gender Balance Scorecard

French company 20-First has released its third annual survey about gender balance in businesses around the world. The “2011 Global Gender Balance Scorecard” looks specifically at the make-up of executive committees. The findings show that 59 percent of U.S. companies have at least two women on their executive committees. Europe is far behind with only 20 percent, and Asia lags at 4 percent.
