Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg Sounds Off on Dearth of Women in Top Jobs

Sheryl Sandberg, Facebook COO, spoke at a recent TED Women conference about why there are so few women in top jobs. TED is a small nonprofit devoted, according to its website, “ideas worth spreading.” It began in 1984 as a conference bringing together people from technology, entertainment and design.
