Who We Are

Women + kinetics = Womenetics. We are a community of businesswomen eager to risk boldly, lead unapologetically and succeed gracefully. We are like you. We are thought leaders and bridge builders, jugglers and multitaskers. We are CEOs and soon to be graduates. We are diverse. We are women on the way. We are experienced, and we are novices. We have answers to share and questions to ask. We are a community bound by a single goal – to use our lives to lead, to create impact, to improve the companies that employ us and the communities in which we reside.

Our History

Womenetics was founded in 2009 with the strong belief that women are an untapped and underutilized resource in business. Veteran businesswoman, Elisabeth Marchant shaped Womenetics to be a company that inspires a community of ambitious women to connect online and at live events. Over the past seven years, Womenetics has become a globally recognized destination for a unique genders lens perspective on topics pertaining to leadership and business.
